Through Roots & Rituals, I work with people who feel caught in constant pressure, overthinking, or the urge to “fix” themselves, offering a different way to relate to what’s happening in their body.
My work is body-first and grounded in lived experience. Not something to push through, but something to move through at a pace your system can actually sustain.
I walk alongside you as you make sense of what’s happening, while your body sets the pace.
